Heartland is one of the most well-known and longest-running Canadian series ever.
The wholesome family-friendly drama first premiered all the way back in 2007, and in 2022, the original Canadian show is still going strong.
Based on the book series of the same name by Lauren Brooke, Heartland takes place on a fictional ranch in Hudson, Alberta, and follows the story of the Fleming-Bartlett clan as they navigate “love and loss, friendship and betrayal, marriage and children.”
With a long-standing series such as this, often there are multiple channels where fans can catch up. But this means that sometimes not every season will be available in one place. If you’re wanting to binge the wholesome drama but don’t know where to start, Netflix is always a good bet! But, the question is how many seasons are available on the streamer?
With the series being Canada’s longest-running one-hour scripted drama, the streaming rights for the wholesome show are all over the place! Depending on where you find yourself in the world, you’ll find that there’s a different amount of seasons available to stream.
Earlier this year, many would have noticed that depending on the region you’re in, some of the earlier seasons (1 to 6) of Heartland were removed from the streamer, but for the lucky fans living in the United States and Canada, this is not the case.
Currently, seasons 1 through 13 are available to stream on Netflix U.S., with season 14 coming to Netflix at some point in 2022 after its exclusive run on Up Faith and Family comes to an end, according to What’s On Netflix.
